We would like to welcome our newest members to Made in Yorkshire - Involution Ltd. To celebrate Involution joining us, we spoke to them to find out more about what they do, their values, and why they decided to join.
The Leeds based company was founded in 1999 after the founder discovered an opportunity to “provide specialist brand support to companies”. Involution prides itself on working in partnership with its customers to provide advice, support, and pragmatic solutions to meet their customer’s needs.
Their mission is to provide exciting and relevant best practice solutions for workwear, clothing, and merchandise to maximize its customer’s brand. In a survey, their customers said that Involution’s service surpassed expectations when it comes to “service and quality”.
The thing that really sets Involution apart from others in their sector is the brand partnership they build with their customers. Through technology and forward-thinking, their approach removes the admin, stock, logistics, and cost whilst delivering an energetic service. This has led the company to achieve a 240% growth in the last 4 years and a 90% customer retention rate.
Michael Ainsworth, Managing Director at Involution, told Made in Yorkshire that they joined because of the group’s sense of community and mission to share best practice, which resonated strongly with their physic. He continued:
