Workwear and merchandise supplier, Involution Ltd, is setting exciting growth plans to expand its service offering and online strategy with its new online retail division, Involution Gifts.

Having operated solely within the B2B market for 21 years, the company is now emerging into the B2C market with Involution Gifts, a new service offering aimed at consumers, focusing on personalised and bespoke gifts.

The decision to do so during the pandemic has come off the back of strategic growth and placement plans, supported by a largescale online expansion plan tapping into a new market and retail-focused audience.

Involution has doubled in size in the last five years, seeing the business soar by 125%. With the launch of Involution Gifts, the company is excited to continue its journey and pursue its yearly double-digit growth.

With exciting plans set in motion, the company welcomes Charlotte Corner as its first-ever Digital Marketing Manager, who will pioneer the online presence, growth, and audience marketing for Involution and Involution Gifts.

Having joined Involution during the lockdown, Charlotte Corner said: "It’s a thrilling opportunity to join and head up Involutions’ digital presence for both divisions. Especially now, when online shopping behaviours are shaping and changing, the launch of Involution Gifts is just perfect, and I’m looking forward to forging ahead with smart marketing plans for both our B2B and B2C audiences.

“Involution has grown phenomenally well through its traditional offline marketing activity, yet the reach and impact of digital simply can’t be ignored with new opportunities open to explore through online marketing channels.”

Involution Gifts sets out to make the gift-giving experience personal and affordable, a core pillar the company values in terms of quality and customer experience. By 2022, with the added gifts division, Involution plans to turnover 7-digit figures, seek out further employment in the Leeds region for production and invest a further £200K into machinery.

Involution’s Director and Co-Owner, Tim Rahill, is optimistic for Involution’s ambitious plans.

“Exciting times are ahead for Involution as we continue our growth journey with Charlotte and the new business division, Involution Gifts. This is a perfect step for us as we are introducing our expertise and rapid production methods to an entirely new sector. The crisis has crippled many companies, and what has been a time of uncertainty, we are proactively investing into our online presence and are looking forward to exploring both new and current markets with our integrated strategy.”
